Services Why Poland FAQ Check if Poland fits

TXHQ · Warsaw, Poland

Company formation
in Poland, done properly.

We help founders set up and run a Polish company the right way: the entity, the tax structure, the residency, and the banking, handled as one engagement from inside Warsaw. Poland is your gateway into the EU single market, and we make the move feel simple.

No cost, no commitment. We only follow up if the structure actually makes sense for you.

Who we work with

Three kinds of founder come to us.

Established companies opening a Polish or EU HQ.

Profitable operating groups expanding into Central Europe who want formation, hiring, and banking handled as one engagement rather than three separate vendors. We act as your single point of contact for the whole transition, and we move at the pace your business needs.

Founders relocating an existing business into the EU.

Established tech, SaaS, e-commerce, and trading businesses that want a clean, credible European base. Poland gives you full single-market access at a fraction of the cost of Western Europe, and we run the whole restructure so you keep building while we handle the move.

Solo founders and consultants optimising their setup.

High-earning operators who have outgrown a sole proprietorship or an offshore shell that banks no longer like. We design a Polish structure around how you actually earn, and we run the accounting so you never think about a filing deadline again.

Why Poland

A quiet, serious base inside the EU.

Poland gives you the thing most founders actually want: a credible European company, with full single-market access, at a cost and tax burden that still leaves room to grow.

For years, founders looking to optimise reached straight for Dubai or a Caribbean shell. Both still have their place. For a lot of businesses though, the better answer sits closer to home. Poland is a full EU member, so an entity here gives you the same market access as one in Berlin or Paris, with operating costs that are meaningfully lower and a workforce that is young, skilled, and largely English-speaking.

The tax picture is genuinely interesting. There is a 9% corporate rate for small taxpayers, the Estonian CIT model that defers tax until you actually distribute profit, and an IP Box regime that taxes qualifying IP income at 5%. The right combination depends entirely on what you do and where you live, which is the part we work out with you before anything gets filed.

If a clean, low-friction EU base is what you are after, we are probably a good fit. If you want the single cheapest possible registration with no thought behind it, we are not, and we will tell you so on the first call.

Frequently asked

Questions founders ask first.

Do I need to live in Poland to own a Polish company?+
No. You can own and run a Polish company as a non-resident. Residency is a separate question we handle only if it actually benefits your tax position or your plans. We work that out with you rather than selling it by default.
Which structure fits, and how is the tax decided?+
It depends on what you do, where your customers are, and where you live. For many founders it is a sp. z o.o. paired with Estonian CIT or the 9% small-taxpayer rate, sometimes with IP Box on top. We give the answer in a short written memo, not a brochure, and we are happy to be challenged on it.
Will you actually open the bank account, or just refer me?+
We prepare the file, brief the bank, and stay involved through the compliance review until the account is live. Polish business banking has gotten stricter, so the difference between a clean file and a rejected one is usually the preparation, which is exactly the part we own.
How long does the full setup take?+
A straightforward company formation with banking is usually a matter of a few weeks. A more complex relocation or restructure takes longer. We give you a written timeline before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I have to fly to Warsaw?+
Often not. A lot of the work can be done remotely, and where a physical step is needed we tell you upfront and bundle it into a single trip. Some clients handle the whole thing without leaving home.
What does it cost?+
It depends on the structure and how much you want us to run on an ongoing basis. The fit check above is free, and so is the first call. We give you a clear, fixed quote before you commit to anything. [Add your pricing approach here once you have settled on it.]
